Terms of service.

Effective July 12, 2026

The plain-English version, on purpose. Using this site or buying our services means you agree to these.

Who you are dealing with

Business on a Hill, a DBA of Sizzle Enterprises LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. "We" and "us" means them. "You" means you and your business.

What we sell

Shared and solo direct mail campaigns, sponsorships, printing, ad design, and monthly marketing and follow-up services, as described on this site.

Prices and payment

Prices are public on this site and can change over time, but never in the middle of a campaign you have already locked. Campaigns are paid up front, 50% minimum to lock your mail dates.

Digital subscriptions

Booked & Busy and Guided Growth are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and your service runs through the end of your paid period. Prepaid plans (quarterly, semiannual, or annual) run through the full period you paid for, then renew month-to-month unless you tell us otherwise.

Founding rates are a thank-you for trusting us early, and they last as long as your subscription does. If you cancel and later come back, you come back at the current rate. The founding rate does not survive the exit.

Proofs and approval

You approve your design before anything prints. Check it carefully: once you approve it, it prints as approved.

Your content

Anything you send us to print, like logos, photos, offers, and claims, must be yours to use, accurate, and legal. We can decline content that is illegal, misleading, or that we are not comfortable mailing.

Exclusivity

Co-op cards run one business per industry, as described on the site. We decide industry categories reasonably and in good faith.

Results

We print well, mail on schedule, and put your business in front of real homes. We do not guarantee sales, calls, or response rates on this website, and we will never pretend to.

The Hilltop target guarantee

Hilltop Method clients are the one exception to the section above. Before you pay, we agree on a written customer target in your service agreement. If we miss that target in the agreed period, we keep working at no additional charge until we hit it. We do not promise numbers to the public, but we do put a number in writing for Hilltop clients, and we stand behind it exactly as the signed agreement describes.

Scheduling and delivery

Your mail dates are locked in writing before payment. If something needs to change, tell us as early as possible. Final delivery is handled by USPS, whose timing we do not control.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong on our end, our responsibility is capped at what you paid for the campaign or service in question.
